In such cases, any payment taken will be refunded in full.
Payment is taken at the point of purchase and processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. All payments are subject to verification and fraud checks.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control (including extreme weather events, strikes, or acts of God). Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ULTRYXIS LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant product(s).
