Delivery & Shipping

Most UK orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and arrive within 2–4 business days thereafter. During busy periods, please allow a little extra time. International orders may take 5–14 business days depending on your location.

Free standard UK delivery is available on orders over £50. Orders under this threshold attract a small delivery fee, which will be displayed at checkout before you complete payment. Exact shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout.

Yes, we ship to a number of countries including the US, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, the Netherlands, and Ireland. If your country isn't listed at checkout, please get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day returns policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. To initiate a return, simply contact us at info@ultryxisltd.co.uk with your order details and the reason for return.

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible — at no cost to you.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The funds should appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. We'll send you an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
